YouTube already shares its videos on Google+, Facebook and Twitter. Now the online videos giant is entering a fastest growing social networking website Pinterest. YouTube will launch its own account on Pinterest and will post videos on one of several Pinterest YouTube boards. These boards will be themed around topics like crafts, lifestyle tips, beauty, food and fitness. The news was confirmed by YouTube on Thursday on their official Blog.
YouTube also publicized that it will also include several additional boards categorizing the videos it will post on Pinterest YouTube boards.
Pinterest users have been pinning videos from YouTube since August 2011 and now the online video company that gets 72 hours of video uploaded every minute has taken a smart decision by teaming up with Pinterest. The social networking website has large number of fan following. Pinterest witnesses around 21million unique visitors every month. Moreover, Pinterest can also work as an effective method for You Tube to promote their cool stuff or videos coz people spend lots of time on Pinterest.
