Well! If we look around myriad successful companies and ask them to define their culture, they’ll together say “we work hard and play hard”.

There are many ways to motivate people to work harder, faster and smarter. Some companies get strict with their employees, and a few pays well to make them work. But, creating an enjoyable workplace is a successful mantra of big companies around the world.

Now is the high time to create creative, challenging, and fun for employees as well as for themselves to build up an excellent environment with productivity. But, the point is, what activities we can pick to boost up the morale of employees???
So, here are the coolest ideas that you can steal to create a fun-filled environment at work;

1) Flash Mobs

Wouldn’t it be fun when a few of your co-workers starts dancing suddenly on the floor to a music making others pine for dancing on the beats. And, within a few seconds you see whole office started dancing. Flash Mob is widely used for entertainment mostly in digital marketing companies.

2) Dress Code Day a Week

There should be a day when all could dress up in a same color or in a funky way to create a fun on the floor. It might be a dress down day or a dress up day or maybe a crazy hat day. All depends on your imagination to create humor!

3) Timely Organize Talent Shows

There are many hidden talents in the workplace of which we are rarely aware. Bring these talents out in a lunchtime, weekends, or in the end of the month. Who knows, there might be a painter, singer, dancer, or actor. Let them come forward to explore their talent and share it among others. Plan out weekly exercises for the employees. One can start the working day by exercising just for 10-15 minutes. Exercising activities can include jumping, aerobics, or office chair yoga. This will lighten their work pressure and make them feel refreshed and relaxed whole day.

5) Organize Birthday Bash in Month Ends

Allow all the birthday babies of a month to blow the candles together and feel special at the workplace. You can host a surprise party by decorating their work station and putting gifts on their desk. Or, if you have a big team or you have a large number of birthday babies in a month, then sweets and cakes can be brought in the month end on any weekend.

6) Let Your Employees Bring Their Dog to Workplace

One can bring their pets to the office once in a week. This creates enthusiasm among all the dog lovers by giving a reason to work while playing and laughing with the pets. It can be a good stress buster when you have a heavy work pressure. This would create a great working day with their pets in the office once in a while!

So, allow yourself and your employees to have more FUN at work. The happier they are, the more productive and creative they are!
